Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in medication management, providing expert advice to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a medication expert for healthcare providers.
  • Conduct medication therapy management sessions.
  • Advise on formulary management and therapeutics.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Support patients in medication adherence strategies.
  • Engage in professional development and continuing education.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist in a community or hospital setting
