Job Description

As an Employee Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing training programs tailored to our workforce’s needs. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify skill gaps and provide the necessary resources for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key competencies required for success in various roles within the organization.
  • Design engaging and interactive training sessions using various methods.
  • Monitor and report on trainee progress and provide feedback.
  • Utilize technology to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
  • Work with external vendors to deliver specialized training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with training policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Professional qualification in training and development is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a training environment, preferably within a corporate setting
