Job Description

The Academic Affairs Vice President (Academic Affairs VP) will lead and oversee all academic programmes and initiatives within our institution. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we maintain high academic standards and enhance the overall student experience. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in academic administration and a firm commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear academic goals and standards to drive quality improvements.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of academic programmes.
  • Guide faculty in curriculum development and pedagogical strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accreditation standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic administration and leadership roles.
