Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Gambling Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our cardroom, ensuring a thrilling experience for our customers while maintaining a safe and compliant environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in gaming management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the cardroom, ensuring a smooth and safe environment for gaming.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor game integrity and fairness, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of cardroom transactions and incidents.
  • Lead by example to motivate staff, creating a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of promotional events.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback regularly.
  • Foster relationships with VIP customers for loyalty and retention.
  • Manage conflict resolution and uphold standards of customer service excellence.
  • Prepare reports for executive management regarding cardroom activities.

Requirements

Education
  • A relevant degree or certification in Gaming Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a gaming environment is desirable
