Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting health and safety standards within workplaces, conducting health assessments, and providing expert advice to employers and employees alike.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audits on workplace health practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on health projects.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee consultations and assessments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all health matters.
  • Foster a supportive and health-conscious workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Public Health or related discipline
  • Specialisation in Occupational Health will be an advantage
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in a relevant role
