Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analyses of customer feedback to guide product improvements.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to innovate product features.
• Evaluate competitive products and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain clear specifications for product design and development.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and recommend adjustments based on data.
• Present findings and proposals to senior management for product strategy.
• Document processes and results to refine future product development practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related discipline
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product analysis
