Job Description

We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing counseling services and possess strong communication skills. As an LPC, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome various mental and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared experiences among clients.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies based on clients' individual progress and feedback.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health services.
  • Stay updated with current best practices in counselling and mental health.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred

Certifications
