Job Description

As a Contract Specialist at our Swindon location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
  • Implement contract management best practices within the organisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs related to contracts.
  • Advise on contract interpretation and legal language.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Master's in Business Law would be advantageous
