Job Description

We are in search of a Manufacturing Operations Engineer to spearhead our initiatives in improving manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimising our production lines, ensuring quality control, and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance schedules and oversee equipment troubleshooting.
• Support new product launches by ensuring operational readiness.
• Facilitate cross-training among team members to improve operational flexibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
• Drive initiatives that promote sustainability in manufacturing.
• Act as a liaison between production staff and management.
• Lead safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations or engineering roles

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Manufacturing Technologies

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
