Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate supply chain reporting.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to manage transportation effectively.
• Implement cost-saving strategies throughout the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional teams in supply chain projects.
• Evaluate new technologies and systems to improve supply chain operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or related field
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management

Technical Skills

• Project Management

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies: Experience implementing Six Sigma for process improvement.
• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
