Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Gloucester to join our team. Your expertise will help patients understand their medications and improve their health outcomes. You will work with a network of healthcare professionals to facilitate quality care.
Responsibilities
Provide medication therapy management services.
Initiate health improvement activities and chronic disease management.
Evaluate and triage patient symptoms and advise accordingly.
Prescribe medications within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
Engage with local health services to promote integrated care.
Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with health regulations.
Facilitate workshops and health education sessions.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy are preferred
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
