Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management services.
• Initiate health improvement activities and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate and triage patient symptoms and advise accordingly.
• Prescribe medications within the pharmacist's scope of practice.

• Manage pharmacy operations in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
• Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy are preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice.
