Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets.
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide training and support to ensure the sales team has knowledge and tools to succeed.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Ensure the team complies with industry standards and regulations.

Oversee promotional campaigns to boost sales.
Attend industry events to represent the company and network.

Requirements
Education
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in a management role within the funeral services industry is preferred.
