Job Description

We are looking for a Funeral Home Manager to oversee our prearranged funeral services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the funeral industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide training and support to ensure the sales team has knowledge and tools to succeed.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Ensure the team complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Regularly engage with clients to foster long-term relationships.
• Oversee promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Attend industry events to represent the company and network.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective service.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within the funeral services industry is preferred.
