Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement. Ideal candidates have a solid background in managing client relationships and ensuring their success with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Foster a customer-first culture within the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Organize and lead customer workshops and webinars.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales to pursue them.
  • Create and maintain documentation for customer success processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
