Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch guest experiences, managing hotel operations effectively, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hotel performance through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate relationships with guests to enhance their stay experience.
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Evaluate financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales and guest engagement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with all departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
