Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hotel Manager to oversee operations at our Cardiff location. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and a knack for ensuring guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational strategy to drive business results.
  • Develop and oversee training programs for staff development.
  • Manage customer service issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to maintain communication.
  • Evaluate and address hotel performance and operational needs.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to enhance guest experience.
  • Review guest satisfaction metrics and strategize improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports for the General Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in financial management and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management
Soft Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

Certifications
  • Hospitality Management Certification
  • Food Safety Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
