Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning of diverse events, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work alongside creative teams to design event themes and setups.
  • Assist in the selection of event venues that meet client specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary services and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Create event timelines and manage staff assignments.
  • Compile event reports, including budgets and vendor evaluations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance event offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in event planning are advantageous.
  • Project Management Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget Management Experienced in creating and managing event budgets.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to event planning and execution.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
  • Event Planning Certification from a recognised institution
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with hospitality operations: Understanding of venue operations and logistics.
  • Experience in fundraising events: Background in planning and executing events aimed at raising funds.
