Job Description
We are in search of a Marketing Operations Director to spearhead operational efficiency across our marketing function. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing leadership team and key stakeholders to orchestrate seamless delivery of marketing initiatives while ensuring their effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive marketing operations frameworks that drive efficiencies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Establish processes that improve team productivity and streamline operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with customer insights.
  • Lead training initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the marketing team.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Champion strategic project management across marketing operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certification in marketing (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing)
  • Leadership Strong leadership and management skills to oversee a team.
  • Analytical Thinking Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Project Management Proven skills in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Marketing Technology Tools Experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Web Analytics Tools Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Team Collaboration Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability Flexible to changes and can manage multiple projects effectively.
