Responsibilities

• Assist clients in capital raising efforts through debt and equity offerings.
• Provide insightful analysis on competitors and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to financial analysis.
• Drive growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking with a focus on the manufacturing sector

Certifications

• CFA Level II or III preferred
