We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Events Coordinator to join our team in Stockport. In this role, you'll take charge of planning and executing various corporate events, from conferences to team-building activities, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their guests.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of corporate events, including planning, logistics, and execution.

  • Develop and maintain event schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of timelines and responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Create post-event reports detailing successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices in event planning.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Event Planning Expertise in planning and executing various types of events.
  • Budget Management Ability to manage event budgets effectively.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Proficiency in social media marketing: Ability to create engaging content for promoting events on social media.
  • Experience with CRM systems: Understanding of how to manage client relationships through CRM platforms.
