Copier Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Copier Technician to join our team. As a Copier Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing copier machines for our clients. You should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service calls.
• Work effectively with the sales team to identify potential service opportunities.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Contribute to team meetings to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements.
• Document all client interactions and service requests in the company system.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new technicians.
• Conduct periodic checks on service equipment and tools.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Foster customer loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional certifications in IT or electronics preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in copier maintenance and repair.
