Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Grimsby. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers in the aerospace sector, ensuring they have the resources and assistance they need to optimise their operations. You will troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer support and technical expertise.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
  • Train customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product development on feature requests based on user feedback.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Assist in on-site support as required.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Technical Support
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years in a technical support or IT role
