Job Description

Join our growing team as an Account Manager, where you will be the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating their needs and driving satisfaction. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead account strategy sessions with clients to understand their objectives.
  • Create tailored proposals that align with client needs and budget.
  • Diligently follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide training and support to clients regarding our services.
  • Track account metrics and analyze trends to inform future strategy.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to meet potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on client messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
