Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and skincare, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to provide tailored beauty advice and product demonstrations.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
  • Training new staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Utilizing social media to engage with customers and promote new products.
  • Gathering customer feedback to refine product offerings and service delivery.
  • Maintaining an awareness of competition and market trends in the beauty industry.
  • Preparing sales reports and inventory documentation as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant beauty or skincare certifications preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar retail or beauty role (2 years preferred)
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of skincare analysis tools
