Job Description
We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative chemical processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct feasibility studies for new chemical projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in existing processes.
Assist in the development of safety protocols.
Mentor and train junior engineers in chemical engineering principles.
Engage in research and development for innovative chemical solutions.
Prepare and present findings to senior management.
Manage project budgets and schedules.
Support the implementation of new technologies.
Ensure adherence to best practices in chemical engineering.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in chemical engineering or a similar role
