Social Worker

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one interviews to gather information on clients' situations.
• Create and execute strategies to assist clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
• Evaluate outcomes of interventions and modify approaches as needed.
• Foster relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology
• Master's degree in Social Work is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Social Services Knowledge

Certifications

• Certified Social Worker (CSW)
• Child Protection Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in additional languages: Knowledge of other community languages is a plus.
