Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Utility Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting utility systems. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while striving for efficiency in utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of utility systems to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with utility operations.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new utility projects.
• Document and report on maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex utility issues and provide solutions.
• Train new technicians in the maintenance of utility systems.
• Support the utility operations manager in daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Engage in continuous learning about new technologies in utility services.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts during outages or service interruptions.
• Evaluate the performance of utility systems and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in electrical or utility maintenance is highly desirable.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in utility operations or technical maintenance roles.

Languages
