• Prepare project proposals, including timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.
• Evaluate completed projects for client satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in various interior design projects

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Design Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Client Relationship Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• Certified Residential Interior Designer (CRID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to create colour schemes and layouts: Proficiency in developing appealing and functional colour palettes.
