Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our vibrant team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high standards of quality and patient safety while collaborating with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of radiographic examinations, including but not limited to X-rays and fluoroscopy.
• Provide high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and patient care standards.
• Work closely with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and techniques.
• Participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance programs.
• Document patient history and procedure information accurately.
• Assist patients with mobility and positioning for imaging.

Requirements

Education

• Radiography degree accredited by ARRT
• Additional certifications in advanced imaging are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of diversified experience in imaging technologies

Technical Skills

• CT and MRI Imaging
• Quality Control Procedures

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• ARRT Certification in Radiography
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D imaging software: Experience with using software for 3D imaging processes.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
