Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee all phases of construction from planning to execution, liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from conceptualization to completion.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget.
• Monitor work progress and conduct quality assessments.
• Manage project resources and materials procurement.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on construction sites.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
