Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our QA efforts in Nottingham. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and be adept in developing QA strategies and ensuring adherence to product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of QA strategies.
• Mentor and guide the QA team to meet project deliverables.
• Utilise statistical tools to monitor quality metrics.
• Ensure timely communication of quality issues to stakeholders.
• Implement supplier quality assurance programs.
• Lead regular quality reviews and update processes accordingly.
• Advise on quality improvements based on findings from audits and reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Engineering
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance management role in manufacturing

Certifications

• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)
• ISO Lead Auditor Certification
