Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations. You'll be instrumental in leading cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute project activities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated project delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is favourable

  • 5+ years in a similar role with a proven track record
