Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations in Brighton. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand forecasting. In this role, you will drive efficiency and optimisation across all supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead supply chain management best practices.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and conduct evaluations.
• Drive projects related to supply chain optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on product delivery strategies.
• Assess and manage supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Review and update inventory management practices to reduce excess stock.
• Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain framework.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in supply chain processes

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
