Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Dundee. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients, conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients in-office and virtually.
  • Coordinate care referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Implement evidence-based guidelines in practice.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead patient education sessions on various health topics.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Additional certifications are an asset
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a clinical role is preferred
