Job Description

We are in search of a proactive E-commerce Manager to join our team in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective online sales strategies to increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and customer behaviour. You will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance user experience and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an engaging online presence to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and implement changes to improve product offerings.
  • Coordinate logistics for online orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce inquiries and operations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • MBA in Marketing or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing roles
