Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings while conducting thorough legal research.
Responsibilities
Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings with the court.
Conduct thorough research of legal precedents and case laws.
Assist in drafting contracts and other legal agreements.
Coordinate case schedules and manage deadlines effectively.
Organise and prepare materials for client meetings and trials.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and documents.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflows.
Assist in the billing process and managing client accounts.
Provide strong administrative support to legal team members.
Review and summarise discovery materials and depositions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Completion of a legal studies program is preferred
Experience
2+ years of paralegal experience in a legal setting
