Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Occupational Physician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting medical assessments and providing expert advice on occupational health matters, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform occupational health assessments and provide recommendations for workplace adjustments.
  • Guide management in creating safe work environments that promote employee health.
  • Engage in public speaking and training sessions concerning occupational health.
  • Monitor and manage cases involving work-related health issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve employee well-being.
  • Assist with the continuation of health promotion initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety programs and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in health audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree with full GMC registration.
  • Fellowship in Occupational Medicine is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in occupational health settings.
