We are currently seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Dance Hall Hostess to join our team. As a Dance Hall Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests through your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating a vibrant atmosphere by engaging with guests and encouraging dance participation.
• Assisting with crowd management during busy events to ensure guest safety.
• Providing feedback to event managers on guest satisfaction and experience.
• Collaborating with musicians and performers to ensure smooth transitions between acts.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Participating in regular team meetings to improve service quality.
• Assisting in training new staff members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications are required, although prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.

Experience

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, events, or entertainment, is highly desirable.
