Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dedicated team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering principles, particularly in the design, analysis, and management of infrastructure projects. You will work on diverse projects that include roadways, bridges, and urban developments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage civil engineering projects ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop management plans.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project success.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for project tracking.
  • Implement sustainable practices in engineering design.
  • Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
  • Communicate with clients about project developments and expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
