Job Description

As an Event Planner with our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring events run smoothly and professionally. From initial concept planning to final execution, you will handle communication with vendors, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and social events.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Handle event registration, ticketing, and attendee communication.
  • Prepare event materials and documentation.
  • Analyze event outcomes and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
