Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Motor and Controls Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and inspecting motors and control systems to ensure their quality and functionality. Responsibilities

  • Execute rigorous testing and evaluation of motors under varying conditions.
  • Identify areas for enhancement in current testing processes.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure product standards are met.
  • Implement testing methodologies that align with ISO standards.
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance and reliability.
  • Assist in the development of testing strategies and metrics.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting testing protocols.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep pace with technological advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor and controls testing or a related field.
