Job Description

The Aluminum Molding Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality aluminum molded products. This role demands precision and a keen eye for detail to ensure every product meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up aluminum molding machines in accordance with production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
• Escalate issues or concerns to the Production Manager as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Prior experience operating machinery preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Advantageous

• Experience with aluminum molding machinery preferred: Prior experience with aluminum molding processes enhances candidacy.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred: Hands-on background in manufacturing operations is advantageous.
