Responsibilities
Identify and assess successful agricultural professionals for recruitment.
Collaborate with local farming communities to understand talent needs.
Engage in outreach activities to attract potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and knowledge.
Document and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Support ongoing talent development initiatives within the organisation.
Prepare and deliver reports on scouting activities and outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
Postgraduate qualification is preferred

2+ years in talent scouting or related agricultural roles
