Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will oversee various hospitality operations, coordinate events, and ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-event briefings and debriefings to optimise service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships for event supply requirements.
  • Enhance the guest experience by developing engaging hospitality programs.
  • Document and analyse service statistics to improve operations.
  • Utilise technology to streamline guest services and operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in hospitality management or customer service roles
