The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of various camera and photographic equipment, ensuring clients receive high-quality, reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in camera systems and accessories.
• Repair and refurbish photographic equipment using hand and power tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for equipment repairs.
• Keep the workshop organized and maintain the necessary tools and equipment.
• Assist in preparing equipment for demonstrations and exhibitions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team on equipment recommendations and repairs.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering replacement parts.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in electronics or related field
• Certifications in camera repair preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in photographic equipment repair
