Responsibilities
Prepare milk and other ingredients for cheese production, ensuring quality control.
Control and oversee cheese production processes to meet safety standards.
Evaluate and ensure the quality and safety of all cheese products.
Contribute ideas for product development and innovations.
Document production data accurately and report any deviations from standards.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with the Quality Control Specialist on product testing.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Flexibly adjust to changing production demands.
Maintain communication with the management about production concerns.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Formal cheese making training is advantageous
Experience
Preferred experience in dairy production or food processing
