Responsibilities

  • Oversee laboratory procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient recruitment and retention.
  • Collaborate with external partners on research initiatives.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior researchers and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
  • PhD in a relevant area is strongly preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in clinical trials
