Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee our busy practice in Corby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the practice in delivering exceptional veterinary care and customer service.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community.
  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with practice goals.
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively to meet the needs of the practice.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new clients.
  • Lead initiatives to improve staff morale and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Veterinary Science or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Veterinary Management is a plus

  • 5+ years in veterinary practice management or supervisory roles
