Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for reducing costs.
• Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop a budget for fleet operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in fleet management.
• Manage a small team of fleet assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training and workshops to update the team on fleet policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
• Relevant certifications in fleet management are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
