Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Specialist to enhance our fleet management. Your expertise will help optimise operations, ensure compliance, and drive cost-effective measures in the management of our vehicle fleet.
Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for reducing costs.
Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues and resolve concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to develop a budget for fleet operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in fleet management.
Manage a small team of fleet assistants to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular training and workshops to update the team on fleet policies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
Relevant certifications in fleet management are preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
