• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for reducing costs.
• Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop a budget for fleet operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in fleet management.
• Manage a small team of fleet assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training and workshops to update the team on fleet policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
• Relevant certifications in fleet management are preferred
• Fleet Management Software Proficient in using fleet management software to optimise operations.
• Vehicle Maintenance Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Analytical Skills Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating fleet performance.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for team coordination.
• Certificate in Fleet Management
• Professional Driver Certificate
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with telematics systems: Knowledge of using telematics systems for vehicle tracking and performance analysis.
• Previous budget management experience: Experience in managing budgets and controlling fleet costs.
