We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and dispatching products while adhering to safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately picked and packed for dispatch.
• Conduct regular checks on stock and report any issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement best practices for inventory management.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation in all activities.
• Use machinery safely and according to company standards.
• Maintain effective communication with team leaders and supervisors.
• Actively participate in team problem-solving sessions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
