Job Description

As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations. You will assist with the production of goods, ensuring quality standards are met and products are completed on time. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the production manager to streamlining operations.
• Train new employees on manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Aid in troubleshooting equipment issues and assist in repairs.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Document production numbers and equipment usage.
• Work collaboratively to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in inventory audits and control.
• Be adaptable to various tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational or technical diploma in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Familiarity with specific manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
